S & B are like totally BFF again...

The second series of Gossip Girl is currently being filmed, and in true Gossip Girl fashion the characters are spending the summer in The Hamptons.

I'm so interested in who is going to hook up with who, and whether or not S and B will stay friends.What I care most is the wardrobe. And most importantly Leighton Meester's (Blair) wardrobe. From the sneaky on set snaps it looks like the costume department have given Blair the Audrey Hepburn look, and she looks amazing.

Does anyone remember in the books Blair had such an obsession (though who doesn't?) with Audrey Hepburn? I wish they would write that into the script. It made her character much more fun. I'm seeing it in the wardrobe but not in script!

Chace Crawford gets straddled

Chace Crawford gets straddled and kissed by a friendly female in a car scene on the set of Gossip Girl in Long Island, New York on Wednesday.Who’s the lucky girl????? Or lady, should I say? It might be Mädchen Amick, who plays a cougar in the first few eps of the upcoming season.Other cast members seen on set: Leighton Meester, Ed Westwick and Blake Lively. Ed’s wardrobe is way more casual and dressed down today compared to his other crazy outfits like the argyle look and the short shorts!

Spotted: Gossip Girls hit The Hamptons

Blake Lively and Leighton Meester broke out their beach bodies as Gossip Girl started filming in the Hamptons . The girls looked fashionable of course as Blake traded in her casual preppy personal style for a more flashy gold cover up, while Leighton kept warm in a bathrobe over her one piece. Penn Badgley joined in on the fun in the sun, so either he can't bear to part from his real life girlfriend or we can look forward to seeing what happens next between Dan and Serena. One thing is for sure; Nate is going to have an interesting romantic development when the show comes back on September 1. Even Blake's adorable puppy Penny got to hang out on set, though hopefully she was on better behevior than the day before.
